This gorgeous pair of antique Victorian era SILK opera length black mourning gloves are a lovely reminder of an era long gone by. Very small Size 6.2, as most ladies in the Victorian era had very petite hands. Just a small hole on the seam of one of the index fingers of the gloves and some slight wear on one of the still working button snap closures. Considering the date of manufacture, these very rare, vintage, beyond beautiful elbow length gloves are in very impressive condition! Still wearable if hole in index finger is repaired, but not advisable as these gloves are more of a truly a rare show piece and should be kept with original integrity intact.
